22.07.25 – Food and Flow: Activating Mindful Transitions through Movements and Meals

Rooted in five empowering F Words—Focus, Foundation, Fuel, Fire, and Flow—this interactive, hands-on series offers opportunities to explore mindful transitions in both your body and your kitchen.

Together, we’ll break presence down into accessible pieces, noticing how we move, eat, react, and reset. With gentle yoga, sensory rituals, food therapy, and group reflection, each session can support:

• Noticing and shifting patterns in how you move through life, on and off your mat

• Nourishing your relationship with food, habits, and energy

• Making space for change—one breath, one bite, one moment at a time

DATES – Tuesdays 10-11:30 am (July 22 · July 29 · August 5 · August 12)

LOCATION – The Mindful Path: A Wellness Space, 145 Lakeshore Rd E, Oakville

Week 1: Focus and Foundation (July 22)

  • Discovering your current strengths and capacities. What already works for you?
  • Getting grounded in your “plate”, literally and figuratively. What can you hold? What can you release?

Week 2: Fuel (July 29)

  • Igniting energy through movement and mindful nourishment.
  • Taking inventory of your inputs. What’s feeding you? What’s draining you?

Week 3: Fire (August 5)

  • Exploring your reactions in hard moments. What patterns arise when things feel like they’re on fire?
  • Burning what no longer serves, remember what lights you up, and name your personal power.

Week 4: Flow (August 12)

  • Finding your rhythm and letting ease lead the way.
  • Co-creating a “Recipe for Me” and food-based affirmations to carry you forward.
